Robert Heyman - Biography Robert Heyman is the founding principal officer in The Heyman Company and Key Centers. The Heyman Company is active in real estate brokerage, management and development in the greater Los Angeles area. Since 1969, he has participated in all aspects of the firms’ real estate activities, with a special emphasis on project administration, leasing and management, as well as site selection, financing and investor relations. Robert Heyman has participated in the development of a 44,000 square foot industrial building and two office buildings, each in excess of 50,000 square feet in addition to over 30 individual shopping centers throughout the greater Los Angeles area ranging in size from 6,000 square feet to 80,000 square feet. Robert Heyman possesses the combined expertise that enables him to excel at all phases of real estate brokerage, management and development of a variety of investment properties. All properties receive constant personal attention to ensure the highest efficiency and the highest possible return on investment. Robert Heyman was born in Boston, Massachusetts on March 24, 1939 is married and has four children. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has spent several years in public accounting with both national and local accounting firms since his graduation from California Sate University of California Northridge from which he received his Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Business Administration and a Specialty in Accounting. Robert Heyman is a member of, and has been a panel speaker for, the International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.), The Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (A.C.R.E.), The Conejo Valley Board of Realtors, The San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors, and the West San Gabriel Valley Board of Realtors. Robert Heyman is an active member and Past Chief of the Vikings Children’s Charities, a charity group that helps needy children. He is also a member and Past Grand Master of the Gold Pennant Club.
