Biographies - Robert Heyman & Rusty Heyman Robert Heyman - Biography   Robert Heyman is the founding principal officer in The Heyman Company and Key Centers.  The Heyman Company is active in real estate brokerage, management and development in the greater Los Angeles area.  Since 1969, he has participated in all aspects of the firms’ real estate activities, with a special emphasis on project administration, leasing and management, as well as site selection, financing and investor relations.   Robert Heyman has participated in the development of a 44,000 square foot industrial building and two office buildings, each in excess of 50,000 square feet in addition to over 30 individual shopping centers throughout the greater Los Angeles area ranging in size from 6,000 square feet to 80,000 square feet.   Robert Heyman possesses the combined expertise that enables him to excel at all phases of real estate brokerage, management and development of a variety of investment properties.  All properties receive constant personal attention to ensure the highest efficiency and the highest possible return on investment.   Robert Heyman was born in Boston, Massachusetts on March 24, 1939 is married and has four children.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and has spent several years in public accounting with both national and local accounting firms since his graduation from California Sate University of California Northridge from which he received his Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Business Administration and a Specialty in Accounting.   Robert Heyman is a member of, and has been a panel speaker for, the International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.), The Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (A.C.R.E.), The Conejo Valley Board of Realtors, The San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors, and the West San Gabriel Valley Board of Realtors.   Robert Heyman is an active member and Past Chief of the Vikings Children’s Charities, a charity group that helps needy children.  He is also a member and Past Grand Master of the Gold Pennant Club. Rusty Heyman - Biography Rusty Heyman has a Business Administration Degree with a Major in Marketing from Portland State University, which was recently ranked in The Princeton Review’s “Best 143 Business Schools”.  After graduating from Portland State University, he went on to work in Commercial Real Estate with Marcus & Millichap.  At Marcus & Millichap, Rusty worked in the sale of commercial properties ranging from 2 million to 20 million dollars.  He has years of experience in both multi-family as well as retail commercial properties. He then moved on to become Director of Operations of Four Aces Distribution, which at the time had annual sales of over 5 million dollars.  As Director of Operations, he was responsible for all the daily functions of the company. Rusty gained further experience in real estate when he worked for Fallbrook Financial Corporation as a loan officer.  Over the years at Fallbrook, he financed millions of dollars in both residential and commercial loans. In addition to his work accomplishments, he is a member of the Vikings Charities, which helps to support many local children organizations.   When Rusty is not working, he can usually be found out on the golf course trying to maintain his single digit handicap.
